Sales

Message from the CEO,

I have always loved the term 'rubber meets the road'.... but before I explain, please read below

We give you the option of any negotiated compensation structure. You will have full ability to negotiate your compensation package on every level. Nothing is off the table, so to speak. Ok there are things that are off the table, let's use common sense here.

Requirements

  • Sell our services

  • Sell them A LOT!

Qualifications

  • Must be able to convince me you can "LIGHTS OUT" sell our services.

  • Quantifiable success previously, could help you here, but isn't absolutely necessary.

Benefits

  • Remember that part about negotiating everything.

Oh yes, of course, 'rubber meets the road'.... I am a non-believer that a sales person who wants a good salary is not a good sales person. I'm not concerned with whatever you would like your compensation package to look like, you just have to convince me you are worth it.

You also have to understand the industry, margins, whats possible, whats ridiculous, and so on. I am happy to oblige all requests...

This isn't your average company. We will compensate those who bring financial wealth to this company AGGRESSIVELY.

BUT, then.... 'THE RUBBER MEETS THE ROAD'. No excuses. Just selling.

Are you up to it? Click Apply, then hang on :)

Are you a painter, or painting contractor?

Marketing Manager
Finance Manager
Executive Assistant
Sales
Office Manager

We are always looking for passionate people to join our team. We beleive in working hard and playing much harder. We don't believe in traditional hourly jobs (aka- the 9-5 GRIND) We believe in doing what's necessary to achieve the goals of your position and the team. Sometimes this can be accomplished in only a few hours. GREAT! Thanks for knocking it out of the park! Pick your kids up early from daycare and enjoy.

Going to stay late, to make up for a 2 hour lunch. Not a problem.

BUT SOMETIMES, you put in a Huge marathon of a week, and are beat and feel like your eyes aren't going to open again once they close. But the fun you had 'making it happen' with a great bunch of people makes up for all of that.

The point is...

At PainterFAST we don't 'watch the clock', we get the job done. That comes with all the good stuff and the hard stuff. So if you're a team player that likes working with an easy going bunch of people, in an inclusive atmosphere, maybe you want to work here.

But... if you don't like doing the working hard part, to earn the playing hard part, then this is NOT the place for you.
